Flat-Share Notes

Many rental properties these days are very clinical, a house turned into faceless hotel rooms, without character or individuality. *No admin fees *No agency costs. *No hidden fees (no mid-term rent increases, making it easier for you to budget). Six months minimum agreement (short-term contract available at small extra cost) the required period of notice is 30 days. Upfront costs  one-month rent (£875 + 125) as a security deposit (to be used as final month’s rent)and one month's rent * £(£875 + 125 payable in advance on the 1st every month, including all bills, which covers the cleaning of communal areas inside/outside the flat, gardening, water, gas and electricity, internet, SKY TV, council tax (Zone D)  and ground rent. A written/signed agreement will be exchanged
